I ordered this unit from the US the buyer accepted my order but shipped it from China which took an additional week. When it arrived, it wass not at all as described. It is uneven and not the right texture. There are stringy pieces of plastic throughout. I informed the seller and she offered me a $20 discount and asked me not to post a review. I refused since I literally can do nothing with this hair. Since I said I would return the hair and started a dispute, the seller has messaged me DAILY through Ali and text messages. She offered another discount and asked me to change my dispute reason so she could issue me a refund and asked if I returned the hair. She also upped the discount to $30, I still refused. Of course being on a different time zone makes these texts very intrusive and trying to convince me to change my dispute reason is NOT OK. At this point I'm doing a dispute through my bank to ensure I get my refund and am posting my honest review. Do not buy.
